With more than 40 years of experience serving the Washington DC Metropolitan area, Joseph Donnelly is a certified general commercial real estate appraiser active in all phases of commercial real estate appraising including commercial office properties, commercial retail properties, embassies and chancelleries, residential apartment properties, industrial warehouse properties, special purpose properties (schools, churches, etc.), condominium conversions, vacant commercial and industrial land, as well as the appraisal of estate properties for tax filing purposes.
Joseph Donnelly has been determined as an Expert Witness as a Real Estate Appraiser in the Federal Court of the United States, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, the United States District Court Eastern District of Virginia, the Bankruptcy Court of Montgomery County, Maryland, Montgomery County Circuit Court, Rockville, Maryland, and Prince George’s Circuit Court, Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Additionally, Joseph Donnelly has rendered opinions of value of commercial, industrial, and investment properties (improved and unimproved) for attorneys, individuals, commercial banks, builders, architects, and institutions.
